If you have the ability to work under minimal supervision with strong problem-solving skills, are value-driven, patient and have compassion with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, this may be exactly what you are looking for. **Benefits of working for Arch Recruitment**  - Friendly and Supportive scheduling team - Above award pay rates - Employee recognition program - Opportunity to expand your skills, knowledge and experience with in-house training - In and around Perth, North and South of the river. - Flexible shifts to accommodate your work schedule and family commitments **Essential Criteria**   - National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months - Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle - Manual handling certificate and practical experience obtained within 12 months - NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain - WA Working with Children’s Check, or willing to obtain one - Current CPR certificate, obtained within 3 years - Full Immunisation record - Hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency - Up-to-date Flu Vaccine - COVID-19 Infection Control Module - Fully covid vaccinated – In compliance with WA Government mandatory requirements *To be considered for this role, applicants must have the **right to work in Australia**.
