About the Role
We are searching for Registered Nurses that are passionate about Aged Care or Disability Services within the community or residential group home settings.
As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide safe, high-quality clinical care whilst following the organisation’s policies and procedures. You will use your skills and knowledge to work with the team in pursuit of providing excellent and individualised care outcomes.
If you have the ability to work under minimal supervision with strong problem-solving skills, are value-driven, patient and have compassion with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, this may be exactly what you are looking for.

- National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months
- Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Manual handling certificate and practical experience obtained within 12 months
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain
- WA Working with Children’s Check, or willing to obtain one
- Current CPR certificate, obtained within 3 years
- Full Immunisation record
- Hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Up-to-date Flu Vaccine
- COVID-19 Infection Control Module
- Fully covid vaccinated – In compliance with WA Government mandatory requirements
