
Applying for and starting any job can be daunting, but Arch Recruitment makes it easy.
From application to acceptance, we can handle your new employment in five easy steps.
1. Application
If you’re reading this, there's a good chance you've already applied for a role with Arch Recruitment. If you haven’t, you can look at our current vacancies here. Once you’ve applied, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received it. If we like what we see, you’ll move on to…
2. Screening
We start with a phone call to get a sense of your ability to perform the role. We’ll also ask you to prepare some documents for us. They include:- National Police Check
- Passport or Citizenship Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- WA Working With Children’s Check
- Manual Handling Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Medication Administration
- NDIS Screening
- COVID Vaccination - Digital Certificate
- NDIS “Worker Orientation” Module
- COVID-19 “Infection Control” Module
If you do not have a current Manual Handling or Medication Administration certificate, we can provide free training if your application is successful. There are some other optional documents you can provide when applying, depending on the role. If you can provide all of these documents, you’ll move to the next step:
3. Interview
Interviews can be intimidating, but there’s no reason to be scared. Our recruitment team is here to help you along the way. We spend this time getting a better sense of who you are and giving you a better sense of who we are and what the role entails.
We perform our interviews online, so please make sure you have a compatible device and a stable internet connection at the time. If everything goes well, we’ll invite you to a:
4. Information Session
This is your induction to the job. We set a time for you to come into the office, sit you down and give you a real run-through of what we do at Arch Recruitment and the role you can play with us. We’ll give you a chance to meet our team and show you how you can get in touch with us for help.
Before the session, we will ask you to take a photo for an Arch Recruitment ID badge.
At the information session, you will:
- Receive your Arch Recruitment Handbook
- Receive your ID Badge
- Sign your contract of employment
- Complete required CMS training for our clients
5. Start the Job!
Once you’re in, we’ll get you set up by providing you with a login to apply for shifts.
With any luck, we’ll have shifts ready for you right after finishing the information session so you can get straight to work once you’ve signed off your contracts.
