Recruitment Consultant

About the Role  

Arch Recruitment is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our friendly, driven, and expanding team. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting skilled individuals to join our staff pool to provide services for our clients in the NDIS and healthcare industries across Western Australia.

We are looking for a people-person with a strong track record of sorting the best candidates from the bunch, with an eye for detail and a love of making new connections.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Thinking outside the box to attract new candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline from start to finish.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to keep up with the ever-evolving needs of the NDIS.
  • Keep a close eye on documentation to ensure all of our candidates are NDIS compliant and ready to work.
  • Report on individual and team success in reaching recruitment KPIs.
  • Making job offers and processing all associated paperwork.
  • Scheduling training and inductions for new starters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Disability Studies, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven work in the recruitment industry, specialising in the NDIS with a disability service provider, labor hire agency, or similar organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interviewing skills, with an ability to evaluate candidate's capabilities in a supportive manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment software commonly used in NDIS recruitment.
  • Knowledge of NDIS policies and guidelines.
