Scheduling Team Leader

About the Role  
We are searching for a Scheduler that is passionate about Aged Care and Disability Services, and is looking to step up into a leadership position.

As the Scheduling Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role at Arch Recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling and allocation of support staff to clients and host employers. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead a team of schedulers. The Scheduling Team Leader ensures efficient client assignment, maintains clear communication with clients, and oversees the scheduling process to meet both client needs and agency goals. The role is full time and is required to do 'on-call' every 6-8 weeks on the weekend.

Essential Criteria  
  • Previous experience in client scheduling or a related role within a recruitment agency or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of schedulers.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex scheduling requirements.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients, support workers, and other internal teams.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software or systems is preferred.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing client needs and scheduling challenges.
