But it’s more than just pay. SCHADS ensures that candidates are entitled to fair hours that suit their availability without overworking them.
2. Scheduling
Our scheduling team keeps a keen eye on candidate availability to match client needs.
We know that your work is important to you, and we always have shifts going to anyone who is qualified and willing. If you can give us your hours, we can give you work. Once our team knows your availability, they stick to it. We understand that you live busy lives and can’t always be on-call, so we work to respect your available hours and not call you when we know you can’t make it.
3. Check-ins
The scheduling team’s job doesn’t stop at setting up rosters, they build connections with everyone they talk to. Whether that’s wishing you a happy birthday, asking if you’re burned out, or keeping up with personal news, the team is always happy to talk, answer your questions, and make sure that you’re the best you can be.
4. Monitoring & Consulting Checks
Just because your shift is over, that doesn’t mean our work is done. We’ll call you up to check on your health and confidence if you’re new to the role or if you’ve been working in new locations.
These Monitoring & Consulting (M&C) Checks make sure that you’re given all the information you need to do your best, and that you feel good after a run of shifts.
5. In-house Training
It’s important that you keep your skills up-to-date. That’s why we offer free in-house training for manual handling and medication. If you want to up-skill, or you need to renew your certifications, we’re always here to help you and always one call away.
